These cover your use of accounts.gofranz.com. Creating an account or signing in means you accept them.

The service

Accounts and single sign-on for applications running under the gofranz name. It's free. I may change it, suspend it, or shut parts of it down, and I may set limits on use where that's what keeps it secure and available.

Your account

The details you give me should be accurate, and your credentials and second factors are yours to look after. Don't share the account. If you think someone else has got into it, tell me quickly.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the authentication or authorisation. Don't go after accounts or systems that aren't yours. Don't point automated abuse at it. Don't use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and warranties

This runs on one server and I'm one person, so treat it as "as is" and "as available", with no warranties beyond the ones the law insists on. It isn't guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, or from not being able to use it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Termination

Delete your account whenever you like, from your account settings. I may suspend or end access if these terms get broken.

Governing law

Portuguese law governs these terms, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction. Where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings where you live, those rules win.

Changes

These will change from time to time. When they change in a way that matters, the date at the top moves. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version.
